Refund policy

SECTION 1 - RETURN POLICY

This return policy applies to both online and in-person sales, as well as other communication methods such as phone, text, and email.

Given the nature of the equipment sold by Son Ultime, all sales are non-refundable unless the products are received as defective and cannot be replaced or repaired.

At the discretion of Son Ultime, we may offer the option to exchange for products of equal or greater value.
