Son Ultime has a black Marantz SA8005 CD/SACD Player/DAC for sale!

This one was taken from a customer wishing to upgrade to the Marantz Reference series. It is in PERFECT condition and has been used with care for less than a year by this customer.

For digital music processing, the Marantz SA8005 player/DAC offers a state-of-the-art solution. We are talking here about a highly stable transport, HDAM modules during output pre-amplification as well as peerless conversion processors. CD and SACD discs are supported by the SA8005 and it has several digital inputs such as an Asynchronous USB allowing the use of a computer as a music server.

The chassis, made of 2 layers of aluminum, gives great rigidity to the whole SA8005 which greatly reduces the internal vibration of the device. High-Perfromance CS4398 converters are used for reference conversion and are compatible with both PCM and DSD signals!
